FEDERAL JUDGES LOVE PERJURY. BELIEVE IT.

I have written extensively how our Constitutional system of justice is contrary to the human spirit. Just like people want to vote on what the rich man should do with his money, so do they yearn to directly vote on who goes to prison. The way they grease the awkward hall monitor that is the Bill of Rights, is with court-approved perjury. Publishers are immunized and deputized to groom the public, and no judge will ever pay a price for weaponizing perjury towards the politically convenient outcome.

I sat in a trial a few years ago, where a cop Officer Jackson Athaide told shameless lies to torture the innocent. He faked video times on the request of his political faction. And then he said at trial “I believe the video time is correct”. It wasn’t until years later I figured out this was based on Florida Statute 837.02 which says “whoever makes a false statement, which he or she does not believe to be true, under oath in an official proceeding…”

More recently, I swore under oath all over a federal case that cops were lying. It was referred to a subordinate magistrate who wrote “Plaintiff describes what he believes is lying… Plaintiff believes, but alleges no facts to show…” So the judge fixes the outcome, by saying she believes I committed perjury. But since I “believe” what I am saying is true, there is no crime, and it will never be held up to the actual scrutiny of anything but political convenience.

So everybody lies, there is no penalty for it, and this creates a legal path to the will of the mob. I demand any member of The Bar or officer of the court or public official who thinks I have committed perjury, prosecute me for it or confess that you are a tool of mob justice. Or just admit we have returned to nature – tribal ways – and the Constitution is dead.
