NO BRAINS NO JUSTICE – The story of a retarded Florida State Trooper who devoted his life to making people hate cops.

Back in 2016, I was driving on a residential street to look at a rental property. There was a garbage truck stopped in the street coming the other way. I waited maybe a minute, until I figured out there was not even anyone inside the truck to drive it. Then I started driving slowly past, between the truck, and the trash cans on my side of the street. It was not even possible for someone to get in the truck and drive it, without seeing me and waiting for me to drive past his driver side door.

What I didn’t know, is the truck has two steering wheels, one on the passenger side. The arm that picks up the trashcan was stuck holding a can. The driver was on the far back side of the truck trying to get the can loose, which is why I could not see him anywhere. Just as I was driving past, he ran to the passenger side, jumped in, and without looking, started driving hard left while looking back at the trash can. The homeowner asked him to move so she could get out of her driveway, and he had to lurch left to avoid the can hitting a fence.

As soon as I heard him turn his engine on, I stopped still. But there was nothing I could do to stop him. So he rammed into me, and jammed the ladder on the side of his truck into the side of my pickup just in front of the back wheel. The driver came around the front, and apologized for running into me. I was stuck there, and the driver said he could not move until the police came. So I went into the rental house for a quick look.

When I came back out, a Florida State Trooper wrote me a ticket for reckless driving, for crashing into the garbage truck while it was parked. I said he drove into me, while I was stopped. The driver’s supervisor was there, and he got the neighbor on my side of the street to lie, and say the driver was not even in the truck at the time of the accident, because she saw the driver come around the front of the truck right after the accident. She did not know there was a steering wheel on the right side either.

So I pointed out to the State Trooper, that the garbage truck had impacted into the side of my vehicle in the direction it was pointing. When my truck is pointing away from a garbage truck, I cannot crash the side of my truck into the front of the garbage truck that is pointing at me. His front fender is blocking my path. There is no way I can get past his fender, and then move my truck sideways into him.

The State Trooper told me he was an accident reconstruction specialist for years, and the back of my pickup had swung into the garbage truck, as I was turning away. I pointed out to him that the first impact was a few inches in front of my rear axle. The part that swings out, is the part behind the rear axle. It would be physically impossible for me to make such an impact through my own driving. The State Trooper said “We’re talking inches.”

So this State Trooper is an idiot, who likes being lied to by drivers. He seemed to claim he was an accident reconstruction specialist for 10 years, so lets say five. If he reconstructed just one accident a day 250 days a year, that is 1,250 accidents. And guaranteed, he got at least half of them wrong. So this cop singlehandedly probably made at least 625 people hate cops. He walks up and adds injustice and makes the world worse for his existence.
