Crosley Green Continues To Take Lives

To a fanatical group of religious liars, proving over and over that Crosley Green is a murdering rapist is blasphemy. It is easy to show that their 10 primary attacks on the evidence and the testimony of Kim Hallock are nonsense and lies, as I have done elsewhere. The best evidence of Kim’s credibility is the two hours of mechanical recreations I have done on video, of all 140 pages of Kim’s deposition.

A bad liar like Kim Hallock could not invent a story with that many details, without inventing some that are mechanically impossible. Most important are the odd details with no apparent purpose (such as the stray gunshot at the baseball park) which make more sense than even Kim knows, when you physically recreate them. The most powerful of these is the nonsensical and unnecessary element of Chip Flynn diving out of the truck. This is explained perfectly when physically reenacted, as Chip cracking open the door with his hands tied behind his back, then Kim opens the door causing Chip to fall out.

The primary evidence of Crosley’s innocence are: 1) Florida Today John Torres conflates a known sociopathic predator who set up a child stranger Junny Rios-Martinez, with a shy schoolgirl who said a stranger killed her boyfriend, because they both said someone else did the crime; and 2) some lying low-level cops Diane Clarke and Mark Rixey who never met Kim Hallock, lead a mob of those who lust for the torture of evil white girls.

But these lying worshippers of a murdering rapist take lives far beyond Chip Flynn, with their irresponsible behavior. They destroy the credibility of the innocence movement, and promote the social acceptance of perjury in the court system. Here are several things the Crosley worshippers promote, that result in innocent lives being taken over and over in the courts which they as citizens oversee:

1. Trying Cases In The Media

The primary mission of the Crosley people seems to be to replace jury trials with cases tried in the media, convicting and releasing suspects on the demands of the malleable mob. Never have they promoted any fixes to make jury trials more accurate, such as expert examinations of coerced testimony in front of the jury, or improving the legal definition of “peers”. Rather, they promote “Conviction Integrity Units” which replace juries with elected politicians, who are then expected to release innocent people 15 years later if they are also popular. This gives power to media figures and petition websites to pick who gets released. Replacing the jury which is the least corruptible, with politicians and media promoters who tell the mob who is guilty and who is innocent, is a guaranteed path to convict as many unpopular innocent people as possible.

2. Lying Cops Rule The World

Cops are immune to point the finger at anyone. Newspapers are then handed a license to incite a mob against anyone cops point the finger at, using any embellished story of what a bad person he is and what he did, and even if the cops are proved to be lying. This has extraordinary power to influence witnesses, jurors, and even investigators who are then discouraged from producing evidence that undermines the popular narrative. The human tendency to eagerly amplify whatever cops say has the additional effect of discouraging examination of the integrity of what cops are actually doing. Those who elevate deputies Clarke and Rixey for inciting a mob against Kim Hallock based on nonsense, are part of the problem not the solution.

3. Felons Who Lie In Court Never Pay Any Penalty

The Crosley people will tell you as sure as the sun shines, that Sheila Green lied to give her brother the death penalty. But if you suggest to them that felons who lie in court to take the lives of innocents should go to prison for it – as the law prescribes – they will shriek and hold a cross in your face. Most of them are lawyers, who are best able to pay off their college debt when their dangerous felon clients take deals to lie to convict the poor and the innocent. It is no surprise that the practice of felons lying in court is more zealously defended by lawyers even than by sheriffs, and continues taking the lives of innocents to this day, perhaps more than ever.

4. Cheating Prosecutors Remain Totally Immune

Every Crosley person will make the flimsy assertion, that prosecutor Christopher White maliciously withheld evidence of innocence, with the result of convicting innocent black man Crosley Green. And yet no Crosley people advocate that prosecutor White should go to prison. And certainly no media figures advocate that prosecutors in general should go to prison. Immune prosecutors and police are not just politically powerful in the community, with support of 51% of the target subscriber base. They are valuable sources of malicious gossip, for a media that cannot afford investigative journalists, editors, or lawyers. So media figures will advocate all day that prosecutors should let one person of their choosing out of prison, Crosley Green. But these same media people will never advocate something that could instead save countless innocents, a criminal penalty for prosecutors who cheat.

So the legacy of Crosley Green is that felons lying to take the lives of innocents without penalty is cemented as a social institution. The result that jury trials are shams is ignored, in favor of guilt being decided in the media for clicks. Police, no matter how stupid or dishonest, are treated like pied pipers, both socially and legally. And prosecutors who cheat to convict the innocent are treated with dignity by media figures. With this kind of public oversight, it is exactly what you would expect that Florida’s 18th Judicial Circuit continues to take innocent lives to this day.

You can see where this leads. Given their way, the people of Brevard County would eagerly convict Kim Hallock in a process far worse than the one used to convict Crosley Green. And that is approximately what they got with the Mandi May Jackson case, the legacy of 30 years of degeneracy on behalf of a murdering rapist Crosley Green. The justice system which is meant to protect people from predators, is hacked to become a tool of the most aggressive members of a predatory mob.
